The hot tub is a great added amenity for cool mornings and evenings with a perfect view of the lake. Sink your phone to the speakers and enjoy the night sky.
The game room is still a work in process but is available for your enjoyment with a foosball table, poker table, darts, pizza oven that is great for evenings or rainy days.
There is nothing else like this available at the lake! This home has a unique 180 degree view from the recently remodeled deck or from the private dock. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from this beautiful family friendly property with a FLAT lot and minimal steps.
Outdoor living is what this place is all about. Our large, protected beach is the perfect place to kick back and watch the kids swim, and makes easy entry for kayaks. If you’re feeling more energetic play yard games on the only truly FLAT property around, or take a swing at our 9 hole frisbee golf course laid out over the almost 6 acres of property.
The boat dock is the perfect place to cast your line in our established Crappie beds. Also enjoy swimming, jumping & diving, or just floating around. The dock is positioned so that there is deep water on either side; enjoy the main entrance of Millcreek Cove, or the quiet waters on the cove side of the dock. Plenty of room to tie your boat or PWC’s. Kayaks (2) and stand up paddle boards (2) are included with your stay.
The 15x42 foot deck is the perfect place for entertaining. It features a comfortable shaded area, a dining area with large grill and griddle, and propane fire table. The large upper deck, off the master bedroom, is a nice place to get away for coffee and a view or a quiet cocktail with someone special and enjoy the beauty that surrounds.
On the road side of the house is a cool, shaded garden and plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailers.
The concrete block fire pit, on the point, is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a fun day on the Lake, with a family bonfire.
All living areas are on the ground floor, in this open, airy, air conditioned house. Ceiling fans are in almost every room, and plenty of large windows let you fully appreciate the natural beauty of this property. The kitchen is centrally located and complete with dishwasher, coffee maker (both types) and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
The Master bedroom and bath command the entire second floor. Plenty of windows, high ceiling and walk-in closet make this a special space, especially the added covered deck complete with outdoor lounging area and fire pit. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen bed and a loft with an area for the kids to sleep with their sleeping bags, and the other with bunk set up single over double. There is also an air conditioned sleeping porch with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms downstairs, and one up.
The property is located right at the entrance to Millcreek Cove on the 4MM of the Gravois Arm. The Gravois Arm has recently become the new best kept secret on the Lake, due to the development of many lakefront restaurants, such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger, Cabana Jones & Jerk Shack. We’re only a short boat ride from the main channel, H Toads, and Shady Gators at the 7MM. Millcreek Cove has long been known as one of the best ski and fishing coves on the Lake, and is popular for afternoon anchoring as well.
Westport Marina and RV Park is only a mile up the road where you can launch your boat or if friends want to camp close by.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, runners & golf carts. Indian Rock Golf Course is also close by. Groceries & supplies are only a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach or shop for souvenirs at the Bagnell Dam strip.
However, with so much to do right in your own backyard, you may never want to leave!

Summary: I’m a mid 40’s professional with 6 kids. It’s pretty hard to get all the kids together and still enjoy ourselves. We like to be off the beaten path. At first I was a little worried we would not have much privacy with the owners so close. I didn’t want a babysitter (I’m too old). But it was in fact a huge bonus for them to be close. If we needed anything they were there. My daughter had an ear problem and I reached out to see if they knew of any walk in clinics. They responded and even offered ibprofin or a heating pad. That was very appreciated!! The land offers the opportunity for families to be close but still have their space. We have kids 14-25 so that was really great! The house was clean and ample supplies. Master bed was great and I didn’t hear complaints from the kids on theirs. No cheap k-cups either so you have good coffee. The upstairs deck off the master was an amazing parent break. We docked a pontoon on site. The kids fished and caught abundance. Paddle boards and kayaks were also a big hit. The fire table was a huge hit at dinner!! Kids stayed at dinner longer just to chat. Love that! We just got back from Italy and I can say without a doubt I’d pick this house for a week over Italy any day. Side note- we bow fish at home and my only regret is not having the bow. Bow fishers on boats were really hitting a lot of carp in that area. So if that’s your thing- don’t leave it at home!! This was the most peaceful trip- party of 10 and no stress for Mom and Dad!!

Summary: The property was clean and inviting. Dock was great for tons of family fun! The front yard was wonderful for games and an easy walk to the dock. Perfect spot on the lake for a family that likes water sports and swimming. Would rent again.

Summary: Views are hard to beat! Plenty of space for our family of 8. GMA GPA Mom Dad and 4 kids ages 0-9. Dock was popular hang out and game room was the perfect spot for a rainy afternoon. Flat property with a view!?! WOW. Easy tie up to dock for our boat rental. Scooters rental delivered and picked up from the house! Great perk! Multiple decks for a change of view and hot tub was used after the rainy cold front swept through. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Thanks for letting my fam create memories at your home!

Summary: What an amazing property to kick back and relax! The house and grounds are immaculate. The steps leading into the lake and the perfect dock set-up allowed our family of 8 to enjoy the water and soak up some sun. We really enjoyed Lake Burger (accessible by a 5- minute car OR boat ride,) and Jolly Roger’s (also a short boat ride). However cooking at the house was also a lot of fun with a blackstone/griddle and grill both provided on the expansive covered deck. Our 4 teenagers were never bored and loved having their own game room. Great vacation!! Thank you Peggy!

Summary: The property is great. Unlike most lake homes it is a gentle slope to the water, not a mountain climb. The location is just right--close enough to grocery stores but not too close, and boat traffic is moderate unlike the congestion near Osage Beach. The house has everything you could ask, and more with the frisby golf and small beach. We could, and did, sit on the back porch for hours enjoying the hot tub and the view.

Summary: We spent a long weekend here with another family and this house worked so perfectly for us! We loved the location, the large lot, the great decks, the awesome dock, and the extra amenities of the kayaks and the lillypad provided!
